Infrastructure

The civil engineering team at JMC² comprises dedicated and knowledgeable individuals, ready to take on your next project. Many other engineering firms are resistant to projects involving change to existing infrastructure (or the creation of new infrastructure). JMC² welcomes these challenges; we’re confident that we can handle whatever unique goals or visions you might have for your next public facility project. Below is a small sampling of our JMC²’s past infrastructure projects.

Boeing Utility Lines

The JMC² team served as civil engineering consultants, responsible for the assessment of site-wide sewer systems, the condition and routing of over 5,000 feet of GN2, and water trunk lines throughout the Santa Susana Field Laboratory. Combining current industry and design standards, JMC² used water-modeling software to develop in-depth and detailed reports that included a comprehensive assessment of alternatives (with cost of estimates) respecting the various pipeline protection techniques. In this way, clients can determine the most sensible solutions for them.

Port of Long Beach—Middle Harbor

JMC² has provided global infrastructure advisory firm Moffat and Nichol with professional small business enterprise support. The project replaced two irregular and obsolete container terminals with a single, green-energy-efficient, 325-acre automated container facility, complete with an on-dock rail yard.
